Schematic Capture and Layout

• Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Manufacture Assembly (DFMA) of printed circuit card.
• Prepared complex schematic diagrams for printed circuit board layout.
• Library components creation for the board designs and documentations.
• Designed multi-layer printed circuit boards layout for Analog, Digital, High Current and RF applications.

• Planning/Specifications: Establishes project scope, critical tasks and resource allocation.
• Concept Generation: Product research is completed and concepts are generated for the client's review.
• Computer Models: 3-D solid computer models are generated to simulate the product prior to any investment in tooling and prototyping.
• Fabrication Drawings: Fabrication and layout drawings are created.
• Prototype: Feedback from prototype testing permits finalization of the design.
